The HT162 high-temperature blackbody radiation source is a reference source used for calibrating radiation and infrared temperature measurement systems. It is mainly used in industry to calibrate infrared thermometers, radiation heat flux meters, thermal imaging systems, and spectral analyzers.
This high-temperature blackbody source has a unique heating chamber that uses imported heating rods and digital display thermostats to control the temperature of the high-temperature furnace, automatically adjust power, and can set the calibration temperature arbitrarily within the range of 600 ℃ and 1600 ℃.
Using a PID thermostat to achieve a blackbody radiation temperature resolution of 0.1 ℃. The high-temperature blackbody uses heat-resistant and stable insulation materials and high-performance infrared emitting materials, which have the characteristics of long lifespan and fast temperature stability. It is an ideal radiation source for temperature calibration of radiation temperature measuring instruments.
Including the metrology certificate of the National Defense Science and Technology Industry First Metrology Testing and Research Center, the technical indicators meet the requirements of current regulations/specifications.
