Purpose:
It is mainly used for conducting coal blending coking experiments, verifying coal blending schemes, predicting coke strength, and guiding production. It is a new type of equipment necessary for coking plants and scientific research units to improve coke quality, select coking coal reasonably, and reduce coke production costs.
1、Temperature control characteristics:
Temperature collection: Temperature of both sides of the furnace wall and the center temperature of the coal gel cake
Temperature control process: Room temperature~500 ℃, heating rate 4 ℃/min (or customized);
500-800 ℃, heating rate 3.3 ℃/min (or customized);
Maintain a constant temperature of 800 ℃ for 30 minutes (or customized);
800-1100 ℃, heating rate set according to process conditions;
1050 ℃ constant temperature, time set according to process conditions;
Temperature control accuracy: 1050 ℃ constant temperature, accuracy: ± 1.5 ℃;
800-1050 ℃, accuracy: ± 2 ℃, optimal: ± 1 ℃;;
Temperature resolution: 1 ℃/0.5 ℃ (computer side);

Note: If tamping coking requires the configuration of a tamping machine, the tamping machine is an optional equipment and is not included by default. This system defaults to only configuring manual tamping devices for conventional coking.

The capacity of the coke box can hold 50kg of coke, and the rising height of the coke box is 1830mm.
SYD-M15 1/5 meter Kum drum:
Diameter of Φ 1000mm, drum width of 205mm. The speed is automatically controlled by SDY-F03 at 25 revolutions per minute.
