This series of fans has absorbed the essence of a large number of advanced prototypes at home and abroad, and developed and improved new products. Mainly suitable for factory and mining enterprises, large and small hotels, canteens, and public places for pipeline ventilation, kitchen exhaust, or oil fume extraction. The conveying medium is air or other non self igniting gas that is harmless to the human body. The medium does not contain viscous substances, and the general ventilation temperature is ≤ 80 ℃. Dust and solid impurities are ≤ 150mg/m ³.

The 11-62 centrifugal fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, and an electric motor.

(1) The impeller is made of 72 forward thin plate arc-shaped blades riveted to the disc and wheel cover, all made of aluminum plate and calibrated for dynamic and static balance. It has good air performance, high efficiency, low noise, and smooth operation.

(2) The casing adopts a welded steel plate integral structure, making the installation of the unit convenient.

(3) The air inlet is installed on both sides of the wind turbine, with a streamlined cross-section parallel to the axial direction, which allows the airflow to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.

(4) The rotor of the electric motor is fixed and stationary, and the impeller is installed on the motor housing and directly driven by the rotation of the motor housing. Due to the soft nature of the electric motor, it can use a three-phase voltage regulator to uniformly adjust the speed of the fan to meet the requirements of variable system loads.
