Detailed description:Liquid liquefied gas passes through a coil immersed in warm water, absorbs heat from the warm water, vaporizes and overheats, and is separated into heavy components by the gas-liquid separation device of the equipment before being input into the pipeline network. The heat source for warm water is provided by an explosion-proof electric heater, and the water temperature is automatically controlled within the working range (usually 60 ± 2.5 ℃) by the instrument of the explosion-proof controller. When the water temperature exceeds the set maximum temperature (70 ℃), the electronic control panel will cut off the power supply. When the water temperature is below the set minimum limit, the controller will automatically turn on the equipment power supply for heating. The gasifier is equipped with overpressure protection and over liquid protection.
