Introduction to 10 ton blast furnaceThe iron smelting furnace, also known as the blast furnace, produces a large amount of gas and solid substances during the smelting process due to mechanical effects such as the combustion of coke, preheating, melting, and overheating of furnace materials, movement and feeding of furnace gas, as well as various chemical and thermal effects. These substances pose a threat to humans and the natural environment and require treatment.
10 ton blast furnace produces smoke volume: 75000-85000 m3/h
Smoke temperature: 600 ° C
Dust concentration in flue gas: 300g/m3
The main components of flue gas are sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen fluoride, and particulate matter (mainly silicon dioxide, ferrous oxide, iron oxide, manganese oxide, etc.).
The temperature of the furnace gas in the iron smelting furnace varies depending on the coke ratio, unit blast rate, and the height of the material trough above the melting zone. The temperature of the furnace gas is generally between 200 ° C and 600 ° C. When the furnace gas is re burned, its temperature can reach 400 ° C to 800 ° C, and can even reach up to 1200 ° C. Moreover, its fluctuation range is large, especially during furnace and shed construction, where the flue gas temperature rises rapidly, from the usual 200 ° C-600 ° C to 800 ° C-1000 ° C. Therefore, a cooling device is installed.
So far, the vast majority of blast furnace exhaust gas in China is still being discharged in an unorganized manner, which not only causes environmental pollution, but also results in a large amount of hot air being discharged, wasting valuable resources. Under the call of energy-saving and emission reduction policies, our technical personnel have designed the following plan for the 10 ton blast furnace dust collector system renovation project of your company, based on your actual production situation, for our mutual discussion.
1) Pollutant parameters
Size distribution
Particle size μ m<5 5-10 10-20 20-30 30-40 40-50>50
Proportion% 33.4 14.8 14.1 8 5.8 3.1 21
Dust composition
Composition: Si Ca Al Mg Mn, Iron and Iron Oxide Combustible Materials
Analysis states SiO2 CaO Al2O3 MgO MnO Fe
Proportion% 20-40 3-5 2-4 1-3 1-2 12-16 20-50
From the "Pollutant Parameter Table" above, it can be seen that the composition of the flue gas from the iron furnace is relatively complex, and its dust content varies greatly, ranging from about 2-25Kg/t iron, generally 6-10Kg/t iron. Due to the fact that the smelting process of the iron furnace mainly uses metal materials and coke as the main materials, the exhaust gas of the iron furnace contains CO that may cause explosion hazards. So, when designing the system, attention should be paid to considering these issues.
The effects that can be achieved after system transformation
1. Emission concentration ≤ 50mg/m3
The normal service life of 2 filter bags shall not be less than 2 years
Red cloud pollution around the blast furnace during opening
The inlet temperature of the blast furnace blower has increased by more than 150 ℃.
