
1、 Equipment Overview:
The relay comprehensive testing machine is designed to meet the technical requirements provided by the customer and comply with relevant national standards. Capable of conducting AC or DC power on and off life tests on relay contacts, as well as testing the coil resistance, contact resistance, and insulation resistance between contacts and coils of relays. Suitable for relay manufacturers, electrical testing institutes, and relay users to conduct performance testing on relays.
This testing machine is controlled by a touch screen and a programmable logic controller (PLC). Except for product clamping and parameter setting, which are manually operated, all other actions, on/off counting, contact adhesion, and fault diagnosis are automatically performed. It automatically tests the coil resistance, contact resistance, insulation resistance between contacts, and the lifespan of contacts of relays. The design of this machine is reasonable, easy to use, simple to operate, reliable in performance, and aesthetically pleasing in appearance.
2、 Equipment structure and principle:
This testing machine adopts a box type structure, with an overall anti-static spray coating and high-quality etched stainless steel plate as the panel, which is beautiful and durable. It has a control screen, adjustment knob, power on indicator light, switch, alarm and other components, and contains PLC, power on detection module, control circuit, etc.
Life test: Two sets of contacts can be tested at the same time. One set of contacts is equipped with two load boxes for testing. The load box consists of one power supply and two loads. The connection between the contacts and the load is shown in Figure 1. The total number of tests, power on time, and power-off time can be set on the touch screen to automatically determine the quality of the contacts. If the contacts are stuck or not powered on for a long time during the testing process, it will be considered unqualified and an automatic shutdown alarm will be triggered.
After the test is completed, the relay model, coil resistance, contact resistance of contacts, insulation resistance between contacts and coils, and the number of tests can be saved and copied to a computer through a USB drive for viewing and printing.
The workbench is located at the top of the lifespan table and is made of fire-resistant insulated electric wood. It has holes for connecting the circuit to the sample and is equipped with a sliding organic glass cover, which is safe, beautiful, and easy to operate.
3、 Main technical specifications:
1) Power supply: AC: 220V ± 10%/50Hz.
2) Detecting product polarity: unipolar or bipolar, normally open or normally closed, both normally open and normally closed tested simultaneously;
3) Number of tested relays: 1-4 for independent testing;
4) One relay can test one set of normally open and normally closed corresponding to one load cabinet, or one relay can test two sets of normally open and normally closed corresponding to one load cabinet,
5) Relay coil voltage supply: DC 0-110V manual adjustment, AC 0-250V manual adjustment.
6) Relay coil power supply current output: maximum DC output current of 1A, maximum AC output current of 1A.
7) Digital voltmeter: accuracy ± 0.5%, resolution of 0.1V;
8) Relay on/off test time and interval: 0.1 seconds to 99.9 seconds can be preset by PLC at will.
9) Test frequency: 1~999999 can be preset by PLC, can be powered off and maintained, and will automatically stop with sound and light alarm when the frequency reaches.
10) Contact power on times: PLC accumulates based on contact/power off times and can maintain power off.
11) Intelligent judgment: When the sample is loaded, the number of times the sample connection at this station will be normally connected (contact adhesion) or disconnected (contact burning) can be pre-set. When the set number of times is accumulated, the product at this station will be judged as defective and the load will be automatically stopped
12) Contact resistance test: 1-1000m Ω;
13) Coil resistance test: 1-1000 Ω;
14) Insulation resistance test: 1M Ω~1000M Ω
15) The set parameters and models can be stored for a long time.

17) Wiring method: The testing machine panel is equipped with 2 pairs of high current terminals, which are respectively connected to 2 pairs of contacts of the tested relay, and another wiring block is provided for supplying power to the coil of the tested relay.
