1、 Product Overview
HCY intelligent pressure (differential pressure) transmitter is a new generation differential pressure/pressure transmitter independently developed based on advanced composite micro silicon solid-state sensor technology and modular design concept. The basic error of intelligent pressure transmitter is ± 0.1%; Long term drift is ± 0.10% URL/year; The maximum range ratio is 40:1; Output communication protocol: HART; Multiple debugging methods: local button, handheld device, communication software, and the local button and LCD meter head can achieve the functional configuration of the transmitter; Sensor filling fluid options: silicone oil, fluorine oil.
HCY intelligent transmitters include differential pressure transmitters and pressure transmitters. Pressure transmitters come in two types: gauge pressure and absolute pressure.
2、 Application
The HCY intelligent pressure transmitter is used for measuring differential pressure, liquid level, flow rate, pressure, absolute pressure, etc. in industrial production processes. It has an output signal that complies with the 4mA~20mA/HART protocol. The digital signal contains various configurations, signal status, and fault self diagnosis information. The LCD head is used to display process pressure, signal status, and fault self diagnosis information. The local button can complete various configuration functions such as zero full adjustment.
2.1 Environmental conditions
Conventional transmitter
Environmental temperature: -40 ℃ to+85 ℃, and -20 ℃ to+60 ℃ when filled with fluorine oil.
Relative humidity: 0% to 100%.
Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa to 106kPa.
The external magnetic field for communication shall not exceed 400A/m.
There should be no corrosive gases or flammable and explosive substances around the site, such as aluminum, chromium, nickel, zinc, stainless steel, etc.

3.1.4 Ordinary power supply
The power supply (referring to the power terminal of the transmitter) is 15VDC~45VDC (with LCD display head), and the ripple content is less than 0.1%,
During on-site operation, it is powered by a distributor or a regulated power supply, with a typical operating voltage of 24VDC.
3.1.5 Explosion proof power supply
In general systems, power can be supplied by distributors or regulated power sources. Intrinsically safe explosion-proof transmitters work in intrinsic safety systems,
It should be powered by safety barriers and transmit signals. The power supply voltage for explosion-proof transmitters is 24VDC.
3.2 Output
3.2.1 Communication Interface
The physical layer of the HART transmitter complies with version 8.1, file number HCF_SPEC-54 (1999.08.24). The data link layer complies with:
Version 8.2, File Number HCF_SPEC-81 (2007.07.23), General Command: Version 7.1, File Number HCF_SPEC-
127 (2008.05.10) and commonly used commands: Version 9.1, file number HCF_SPEC-151 (2008.05.21) for two-wire system

3.2.2 Load characteristics
The load characteristic of the HART transmitter is: RL ≤ (Vs Vm)/0.023
In the formula: RL - maximum load resistance; Vs - power supply; Vm --15V (with LCD display head). Load resistance during HART communication
(including signal receiving resistance and signal transmission wire resistance) requires 230 Ω to 600 Ω.
3.2.3 Adjustment of Range and Zero Position
Local button, HHT375 handheld controller, communication software supporting HART protocol.
3.2.4 Response time
The step response time (63%) is related to the range and range ratio, ranging from 0.2s to 1.6s (when the electrical damping is turned off).
3.2.5 Electrical damping: adjustable from 0.1s to 60s.
3.2.6 Fault Alarm
The self diagnostic program detects a fault and simulates the output of high or low current alarm, where:
——High reported current: 20.8mA;
——Low reported current: 3.8mA;
——High saturation current: 20.8mA;
——Low saturation current: 3.9mA.
3.3 Performance Parameters
3.3.1 Reference conditions
Temperature: 15 ℃~25 ℃ (the maximum allowable rate of change in ambient temperature is 1 ℃/10min, but not exceeding 3 ℃/h);
Relative humidity: 45% to 75%;
Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa~106kPa;
Power supply: 24VDC ± 1%, ripple content less than 0.1%;
Load resistance: 250 Ω± 0.005%;
Transmitter: Compliant with HART protocol, 316L isolation diaphragm, filled with silicone oil, zero point migration free, linear output, maximum range.
Unless otherwise specified, when measuring the change in output caused by one influencing variable, other influencing variables should be kept within the reference conditions.
3.3.2 Accuracy ± 0.1%.
Note 1: Including end group inconsistency, hysteresis, and non repeatability errors.
Note 2: When the equivalent range ratio is greater than 10:1, it is the above inaccuracy index value multiplied by the range ratio/10.
3.3.3 Long term drift: ± 0.10% URL/year.
3.3.4 Impact of Environmental Temperature
±(0.1%URL+0.1%Span)/10℃ (-20℃~+65℃);
Note: When the temperature range is -40 ℃ to -20 ℃ and+65 ℃ to+85 ℃, the change amount increases by 1 times.
3.3.5 Static Pressure Effects:
The static pressure effect is only applicable to differential pressure transmitters, ± 0.1% URL/6.9MPa.
3.3.6 Power supply voltage impact, power supply voltage impact < ± 0.01%/V.
3.3.7 Installation location impact:
The zero deviation shall not exceed 350Pa. It is recommended to adjust the zero before putting into operation after installation, and the impact can be corrected.
3.3.8 Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
Compliant with EN 61326-1:2006 standard, the test items include radiated disturbance (enclosure), conducted disturbance (power supply), electrostatic discharge (ESD) immunity, radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity, power frequency magnetic field immunity, electrical fast transient pulse group immunity, surge (impact) immunity, and conducted disturbance immunity induced by radio frequency field.
3.3.9 Insulation resistance:>100M Ω (500VDC).
3.3.10 Resistance to mechanical vibration and impact
Vibration frequency: 10Hz~60Hz, 60Hz~500Hz.
Vibration peak amplitude: 0.14mm.
